This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is issued by Zhikai Ke (hereinafter “I”, “me”, or “my”). In order to provide my mobile application, Minus Space (the “App” or “Software”), and the associated services (the “Services”), I may need to request access to certain data on your device. I am fully committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about my practices.

Your access to, viewing of, or use of the App constitutes your unambiguous consent to, and acceptance of, all terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

I reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at my sole discretion from time to time. Any such revisions will become effective upon their posting within this Policy or through other appropriate channels I may designate.

Core Principle: Local Processing Only

I strongly emphasize that Minus Space is designed as a privacy-first, purely local tool. All core functionalities, including scanning and categorizing your photos, videos, and contacts, are performed entirely on your local device. I do NOT collect, upload, or store your photos, videos, contacts, or any of your personal files on any external servers.

1. Information I Collect from You

I may collect or request access to information provided by you or generated by the use of the Software in the following ways:

1.1 Information you provided or permission you granted to me

• Permission to Access Storage / Photo Library: In order to ensure that you can normally use the cleaning function for similar photos or videos in the Software, or to save photos/videos to your device, you may voluntarily grant the App permission to access your device's photo library. (Note: This access is strictly local. I do not upload your media to any servers.)
• Permission to Access Contacts: To use the duplicate contacts cleaning feature, you may grant the App access to your address book. (Note: This processing is strictly local. I do not upload your contacts to any servers.)
• Permission to Access Camera and Microphone: If you use the private space features to take photos or record videos, you may grant the App access to your camera and microphone.

1.2 Information may be automatically collected

• Technical Information: I may use third-party tools to collect certain basic technical information regarding your device configuration and your use of the Software. This includes your configuration and settings of the Software, the type and version of your operating system, device model, and WLAN (Wi-Fi) status. This information is used solely for crash reporting, bug fixing, and improving app performance.
• Payment Data: I do not collect or process your payment details directly. If you purchase a premium subscription, payment information is processed and stored securely by third-party platforms (such as Apple's App Store). I may only receive order status, purchase items, and subscription time to unlock premium features for you.
• Location Data of Photos (Local Use Only): In order to categorize the photos and videos on your device effectively, the App may read the EXIF data (which may include rough location data) attached to your photos. This data is read and processed entirely on your local device and is never uploaded, shared, or collected by me.
